OK, I've been fooling around, now back to my Newman grind. I still need to work through the article I am reading, but I got an inspiration to read Newman's Essay on Development closely and break it down. I did that with the Grammar of assent and now I'll do it with the Essay on Development. Part of me is screaming to pay more attention to the Idea of a University and Newman's Oxford Sermons because they are more relevant to my investigation of Newman's epistemology. However, I am more comfortable with the Sermons and the Idea than I am with Development and what sort of Newman expert would I be if I couldn't talk intelligently about the Essay on Development?
